All services provided by Grow Nearby, regarding website design and development, are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of our services.

3. Results Disclaimer:

While we strive to achieve optimal results for our clients, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes from our
services. Any statements made regarding potential results are expressions of opinion only and should not be interpreted as guarantees. We base our strategies on industry best practices and our experience, but the success of marketing efforts can vary depending on various actors beyond our control.

4. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

By commissioning the services of Grow Nearby for website homepage design, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions. Upon completion of the initial design, you will be entitled to request a maximum of two revisions at no additional cost. Any subsequent revisions, alterations, or changes to the design beyond these two complimentary revisions, will incur an additional fee of $100 per hour. This fee will be charged in increments of one hour, regardless of the time taken to make the requested changes. All design decisions should therefore be made judiciously. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you understand and agree to these conditions, including any additional costs that may be incurred due to requests for further revisions beyond the two included within our service package.
